Strategy Runner servers are available for trading 24 hours a day except for the following maintenance period:

shut-down (CST) recovery (CST) Gain 16:00 16:15

1.   server shut-down - At disconnect time all orders are cancelled & strategies are stoped:

• Manually placed orders (including bracket orders) are cancelled.

• Strategies and scale-outs are stopped*

• Client console disconnects, so new orders cannot be sent.

2.   server recovery

• Strategies that have an over-night mechanism are restarted and their orders are re-sent** to exchange.

• Client console reconnects

In other words, during the server maintenance period the user experiences a 25 minute disconnect of his console. Orders placed by strategies are canceled, unless the strategy has an over-night mechanism.

 *Stop strategy does the following:

1. stops strategy execution

2. cancels all working orders generated by the strategy

3. transfers all open positions to User_Trader

4. moves strategy into Stopped status
